Cosmetic products manufactured by O'Natur'Elo comply with ISO 22716:2008-02 and ISO 22716:2007. No DIP will be made available. Each product has been tested in a laboratory and evaluated by a medical toxicologist whose diplomas are registered in Switzerland. Neither O'Natur'Elo cosmetic products nor the ingredients used in them have been tested on animals. O'Natur'Elo products do not contain products of animal origin.

The present general conditions of use govern the use of the site

The present general conditions apply to the whole of, for all the products and services which are proposed there and are likely to be supplemented by particular conditions specific to certain Services. In such a case, the special conditions will be found directly on the page related to the specific services. If the special terms and conditions are in contradiction with these GTC, the special terms and conditions shall prevail.

O'Natur'Elo is a company based in Switzerland that designs and manufactures high quality cosmetic products based on natural products. The company sells cosmetic products on behalf of individuals and professionals.


The Customer adheres to the Conditions of Sale and Conditions of Delivery of the Products as well as the Legal Notice and Conditions of Use of the site governing the contractual relations between himself (natural person or legal entity) and O'Natur'Elo, in particular at the time of the purchase of a Product by the Customer on the site.


The Customer of the site declares to be domiciled in Switzerland or in one of the countries of the European Community, to be capable of contracting by virtue of the law and, if necessary, to be validly representing the person for whom he/she commits him/herself.


The Customer of the site declares to have the competence and the necessary means to subscribe, access and use the services offered by O'Natur'Elo.

Description of the Products

O'Natur'Elo proposes on the site the on-line purchase of the Products.


The photographs of the Products on the site are not contractual.


The Products are more fully described in the pages of the site


The prices are specified on the website for each of the Products, as well as the delivery costs relating to their shipment to the address chosen by the Customer. The total cost of the selected Product, including taxes and delivery, is described on the website and is summarised when the Customer confirms the order.


Validation of the order

After having read the description of the different Products offered, their prices, the Terms of Use, the Legal Notice, the Terms of Sale and the Terms of Delivery, the Customer selects the Product(s) he/she wishes to order as well as the delivery method of the Products.


By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read the special conditions of sale contained in the pages of the website which describe the Product (name, price, brand, weight, quantity, colour, size, technical and usage specifications, guarantees, etc.) and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation.


At the time of validation of the order, the Customer will have the possibility :

- to modify his choices,

- reread, print and save the General Conditions of Use and the General Conditions of Sale,

- proceed with the Acceptance of his order by clicking on the "Confirm your order" button.


The Acceptance involves total and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the present Conditions of Sale as well as the General Conditions of Use and Conditions of Delivery of the site subject to derogatory provisions established in writing between O'Natur'Elo and the Customer.


Unless proven otherwise, the data provided by the Customer and recorded by O'Natur'Elo shall constitute proof of the elements of the contract and the terms and conditions governing the relationship between O'Natur'Elo and the Customer.


After Acceptance, the Customer will receive an email confirming his order at the email address he has indicated. This email shall confirm the receipt of the Customer's order by O'Natur'Elo and shall be considered as an invoice.

In the event of an abnormally large order from a Customer, O'Natur'Elo reserves the right to cancel this order and to contact the Customer to inform him of this.


O'Natur'Elo reserves the right to proceed with a validation of the Customer's identity before the delivery of the Product to the Customer.


O'Natur'Elo reserves the right not to honour an order when the Customer who places it is the subject of an ongoing dispute for lack of total or partial payment of a previous order, or for any other reason, with O'Natur'Elo.


Validity of the information provided

The Customer of the site undertakes to provide real, exact, up to date information at the time of their seizure in the form of inscription of the service.

In the contrary hypothesis, O'Natur'Elo declines any responsibility in the absence of delivery, total or partial, of the Products ordered by the Customer.



The prices of the Products are currently not subject to VAT (value added tax).

O'Natur'Elo reserves the right to modify the prices of its Products at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the "modifications to the General Conditions of Sale". In any event, the Products shall be invoiced on the basis of the price of the Products displayed at the time of Acceptance.

Payment and invoicing

The payment of the ordered Products is made by :

- Bank card (Visa or Mastercard);

- Post-finance

- Paypal

- Apple Pay


- Bank transfer




Possibility to pay with SumUp for collection at the workshop or at the markets. 


The online payment service is secure but does not include any additional insurance policy, especially in case of theft of the customer's credit card.


In the event of unpaid invoices due to fraudulent use of a means of payment, O'Natur'Elo reserves the right to charge the Customer additional processing fees.


It is the Customer's responsibility to check the payment submission form before any Acceptance.

In any event, O'Natur'Elo cannot be held responsible for problems or delays related to the operation of payment procedures.


The sums paid within the framework of an on-line payment will not be able to in no case to be qualified as deposit or installments.

When the goods are received at the warehouse, the cost price of the box used for the order will be charged (between CHF 2.00 and CHF 5.00) depending on the volume of the order.

For logistical reasons, if the buyer forgets to order one or more products, they cannot be added by the preparers and will have to be ordered again.


Modification of the General Conditions of Sale

O'Natur'Elo reserves the right to modify and complete the present General Conditions of Sale as well as the extent of its service with respect to the Customer of the site


These modifications shall come into force at the time of their posting on the site, it being understood that the price of the Product shall in any event be that displayed at the time of Acceptance.


Delivery Services

Subject to specific stipulation, and as from the day of the preparation of the order, the material Products ordered will be delivered in the Delivery Territory.

Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the Products as displayed on the pages of the website describing the Products. However, at the time of validation of the order, the price will include the costs related to the delivery of the Products.


When the Customer places an order for several Products at the same time and these have different delivery dates, the delivery date of the order will be based on the most distant date so that all the Products can be delivered at the same time.


Confirmation of the delivery date and delivery address

Before validation of the payment of the order at the direct validation in case of online payment, the Customer is advised by e-mail of the approximate date of dispatch and/or delivery as well as the delivery address.

The initially announced delivery times may exceptionally be delayed in the event of stock shortages.

Delivery times are expressed as follows, order processing, from 1 to 5 working days (Saturdays and public holidays are not considered as working days)


Once the order has been processed, Swiss Post will send the parcel according to the chosen shipment.

In the event of a delay in shipment, i.e. 15 days after the order has been validated and paid for, an e-mail will be sent to the Customer by


In accordance with the legal provisions, in the hypothesis that the delay in delivery would exceed 7 days with regard to the date initially envisaged, the Customer benefits from the possibility of cancelling his order within a period of 30 working days provided that the Product is returned complete and in its state of origin O'Natur'Elo


O'Natur'Elo collaborates with the Swiss Post Office for the delivery of the products, according to the formula retained by the customer for the forwarding, it is impossible to manage the particular requests concerning changes of delivery, parcels to be delivered at precise times and other specific requests.


No responsibility is accepted for the delivery, particularly in the following cases

- Return of a parcel due to an address error or an incomplete address. The parcel can be reshipped against payment of new shipping costs.

- Return of a parcel following the non-recovery of the parcel within the time limit set by the delivery service provider. A new parcel may be sent at the customer's request, subject to a new invoice to be paid by the customer.

-Packages left at the workshop in Tramelan at the customer's request (check box, collection from the workshop free of charge). In this case, if the customer wishes to change the delivery to a shipment, the shipment costs will be paid before shipment, with a surcharge of 30.00 for administration costs.



As ownership of the material Products is transferred upon acceptance of the delivery, it is the Customer's responsibility to check the package upon receipt, to make any reservations and claims that appear justified to the delivery person and to indicate them on the delivery slip attached to the package. If the Products delivered do not conform in kind or in quality to the specifications indicated on the delivery slip, the said reservations and complaints must then be addressed to O'Natur'Elo, Elodie Meury, Chemin du Château 10, 2720 Tramelan by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours of receipt of the Products, enclosing the package concerned. After this period, no claim can be taken into account.

In the event that the Customer is absent when the delivery person arrives, the Customer must refer to the conditions of each of the delivery service providers to find out what procedures to follow to collect the product.

Case of Products purchased and shipped outside Switzerland

The Products on the website are manufactured and distributed in accordance with current Swiss legislation. The responsibility of O'Natur'Elo could not be committed in the event of nonconformity with the legislation of another country where the Product would be dispatched.


Right of retraction

In accordance with the legal provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer who is a consumer has a period of 7 days from the receipt of the material Products to exercise his right of withdrawal from O'Natur'Elo without having to justify his reasons or pay a penalty.

Concerning the material Products, the return costs will be charged to the Customer.

Concerning the material Products, the Products must be returned in their original state and complete (packaging, user's guide...) allowing a new marketing. As an exception, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial market rates, for personalised Products, for Products that expire rapidly.


Autonomy of contract terms

In the event that a clause of the present contract is declared inapplicable or unenforceable, the other clauses shall continue to apply and the parties to the contract shall proceed to its renegotiation in order to preserve the balance initially established.


Applicable law & Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions of Sale of the website are governed, interpreted and applied under Swiss law. The language of this contract is French and in case of multilingual translation, the French version of the contract will take precedence over the other versions.

In the specific case of disputes between professionals and/or merchants, the Court of Moutier shall have sole jurisdiction to hear any disputes relating to these Terms of Sale, Terms of Delivery and their implementation, in particular their validity, interpretation, execution, termination and consequences.

Gift vouchers cannot be combined. They are to be used in one go. The amounts are not convertible into cash and no refund will be made for any balance or unused vouchers.

Transport costs are not included in the amount of the gift voucher.
